Oceanside Builders LLC has worked on many
docks, floats and piers over the years. Having lived on the coast of
Maine for many years, we know what type of dock works best for serious
usage and longevity.
The dock in the picture to the right is an
interesting one. The client wanted an hydraulic lifter for his boat and
that's what he got. Makes taking a boat out very easy!
The client needed a new pier to replace one lost during a large storm.
We redesigned the pier structure so it would be higher above future
storm surges yet still utilize the existing ramp system.
Uplift forces are part of what destroyed the original pier. This new
system fully addressed that issue.
